Tendy Loyalty Program: Terms and Conditions

Program Overview: Welcome to Tendy's Loyalty Program! This program is designed to reward our loyal users with cashback for their continued use of Tendy for their payment transactions.

How It Works:

• For every 10 transactions completed using Tendy, you will receive a $10 cashback reward.
• The reward structure is cumulative, allowing users to earn more as they continue to use Tendy:
  • 2 transactions ➡️ $5
  • 5 transactions ➡️ additional $5 (total $10)
  • 10 transactions ➡️ additional $5 (total $15)

Eligibility:

• All registered Tendy users are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program.
• Transactions must be completed successfully to count towards the reward.

Reward Distribution:

• Cashback rewards will be credited straight to your Tendy wallet account within 12 hours of completing the qualifying transactions. No additional action is required.
• Cashback rewards will be distributed as promotional funds that can be used for future payments through Tendy.

Terms and Conditions:

• Transactions must be made to unique recipients using the Tendy app to qualify for the Loyalty rewards.
• The program is subject to change at Tendy's discretion. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.
• Tendy reserves the right to disqualify any transactions deemed fraudulent or in violation of our terms of service.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Tendy and participating in the loyalty program.
