Tendy Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the Tendy Referral Program ("Referral Program"). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which supplement the Tendy Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

Tendy users ("Referrers") can earn referral rewards by inviting new users ("Referees") to join Tendy using either of the following methods:

1. Referral Link: Sharing a personal referral link from the Tendy app.
2. Payment-Based Referrals: Sending a payment to someone who subsequently signs up for Tendy within 30 days of receiving the payment.

When a Referee signs up through either method and meets the eligibility criteria outlined below, both the Referrer and Referee may receive a referral reward (typically $5 each) as a deposit to their respective Tendy accounts.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a referral reward:

1. The Referee must be a new user who has never created a Tendy account before.
2. The Referee must sign up using a valid referral method (referral link or qualifying payment).
3. The Referee must verify their identity and successfully complete their account setup.
4. The Referee must meet any applicable account funding or activity requirements as defined by Tendy (if any).
5. Referrers must have an active Tendy account in good standing at the time of reward issuance.

Tendy reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of all participants in the Referral Program.

3. Reward Amounts

Unless otherwise stated in the app or promotional materials:

1. The Referrer will receive $5 in their Tendy account.
2. The Referee will also receive $5 in their Tendy account.

Tendy reserves the right to change the reward amount, structure, or eligibility requirements at any time with or without notice.

4. Payment-Based Referral Details

If a Referrer sends money to someone through Tendy and that recipient signs up for a Tendy account within 30 days of receiving the payment, the Referrer will automatically receive referral credit. The Referee must still meet all other eligibility requirements.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

1. Referral rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
2. Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
3. Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior (as determined by Tendy) may result in withholding or reversal of rewards and account suspension or termination.
4. There may be a cap on the number of referral rewards a Referrer can earn, as stated in the app or communicated by Tendy.
5. Referral rewards may be subject to taxes. You are responsible for any applicable tax reporting or payments.

6. Program Changes and Termination

Tendy may modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time for any reason without notice. Rewards earned in accordance with these Terms before any termination or modification will be honored at Tendy's discretion.
